situation. Cases can last from a few weeks up to several months,
again each case is different.
WHAT
ARE MY OPTIONS OTHER THAN TRIAL?
Depending on your
case, there are several options other than trial. Other
alternatives include motions, evidentiary hearings, and plea or sentence
agreements. The ultimate decision is always the client's.
